Examples of possible projects include, but are not limited to: removing brush piles/debris from trails, widening trails, or trimming invasive vines from trees.

Launch with us onto Lake Ballard in the center of the Preserve under the light of the full moon. Stay close to the group to learn about our unique history and wildlife, or paddle off on your own for a more intimate experience.

MINDFUL MEDITATION

In addition to learning basic techniques, we will review the well-documented medical evidence that meditation practice reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, and actually slows the aging process. Attend one class or all, free, with donations to Hoffler Creek welcome.
