The International Day of Yoga has been celebrated across the world annually on June 21 since 2015. Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice which originated in ancient India. Join Juniper on the 1st day of summer to shine your light and celebrate the summer solstice. Whether you’ve practiced yoga for ten years, 10 days, or never…Juniper will guide you through a simple flow & meditation to get your body & breath moving. Summer is a time of energizing, warmth & happiness…give yourself this hour to start the season right in the outdoor beauty that surrounds Hoffler Creek. Mark your calendar now 🥰 Wednesday June 21, 2023 6:30pm on the deck overlooking Lake Ballard. 🐢 💦 🦢 Beginner-friendly! All ages welcome! What to bring: Yoga Mat, Water, Bug Spray Space is limited. Please arrive by 6:20 pm as there is a short walk to the deck. The class will begin at 6:30 pm and lasts about 1 hour. All donations go directly to Hoffler Creek Wildlife Foundation.
