Service Description

The word yoga means to unite. Come practice uniting your mind, body & spirit! Join Juniper and experience a flow to help your body find a new rhythm while doing yoga outdoors, surrounded by the beauty of the Preserve. A little about the teacher: Juniper was born and raised in San Diego and has been on the east coast for a few years now. Since getting certified to teach yoga, Juniper has taught kid's yoga and manages a yoga studio here in Hampton Roads. She believes that yoga is for every BODY and everyone! She loves informing people that yoga is so much more than becoming flexible in the body... yoga can reduce anxiety & stress, help balance & strength, remind you of the importance of breath, increase mental flexibility, and most importantly, give time back to YOU! Beginner-friendly! All ages welcome! What to bring: Yoga Mat, Water, Bug Spray Space is limited to allow for social distancing. Please arrive by 5:50 pm as there is a short walk to the deck. The class will begin at 6:00 pm and lasts about 1 hour. All donations go directly to Hoffler Creek Wildlife Foundation.
