Join us, rain or shine, on Saturday, April 30th, at 10:30 a.m. for an up-close look at some of our favorite sharp-sighted creatures when we're joined by Sacred Friends Wildlife Rehabilitation for Wildlife Awareness: A Bird's Eye View .
Pearl and Jimmy Beamer with Sacred Friends Wildlife Rehabilitation will be bringing along McCaw, a red-tailed hawk, and Houdini, their barred owl, for a presentation on our native birds of prey and their importance in our ecosystem. Come learn about the dangers, natural and man-made, that wild birds encounter and the amazing work that the Beamers do to rehabilitate injured creatures.
